About the Role:

We're looking for a creative Concept Artist to help define the visual direction of our projects. You'll work on moderate-complexity design tasks, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and collaborate closely with the team to bring ideas to life.

Main responsibilities:

• Create detailed concept designs based on project briefs with minimal oversight
• Take ownership of moderate-complexity assets and design tasks
• Collaborate with other artists and adapt designs based on feedback
• Gather references, styles, and trends to inform visual concepts
• Contribute to brainstorming and help refine design ideas
• Mentor junior artists and provide constructive feedback on their work

Qualifications Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in concept art, illustration, or visual design
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Art, Design, or a related field
• Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
• Ability to create polished, detailed final artwork aligned with a project's vision
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with 3D pipeline processes
• Experience with 3D software alongside 2D design tools
